下肢缺血是研究血管再生和缺血性血管新生的通用實驗模型,廣泛應用于外周血管疾病、重度下肢缺血、糖尿病足、截肢水平、血管新生、缺血保護與耐受、缺血再灌注損傷等方面的研究與評價,同時也是下肢缺血動物模型制備中必要的評價手段。
激光多普勒成像可被用于無創(chuàng)評價大小鼠下肢的系統(tǒng)性血流灌注,同時也不需要追蹤染料。這使我們可以將結(jié)扎限流的下肢血流與對照下肢進行比較。檢測可在很多天內(nèi)持續(xù)進行,因此可以評價由血管再生而產(chǎn)生的再灌注進程。對于促血管再生性治療,血流將快速恢復到基線(100%),即與對照肢相同的水平。對于抑制血管再生性實驗,血流將更慢地恢復到正常的基線水平。
